Ingredients:

Dandelion root (10%), burdock root (10%), Corn silk, Milk thistle*, Bearberry leaves*, Liquorice root*, Peppermint*(10%), Spearmint (10%), Ginger root, Sage*, Galangal root, Artichoke leaves. Dr Stuart promises that every asterisked* herb is of the highest quality active botanical grade.

Directions:

Use one bag for a cup. Pour on freshly boiled water. Allow the tea to brew for a good four or five minutes - the Active Botanicals need this time to release all their valuable essential oils. Cover the cup while brewing or use a little teapot to keep even more goodness in.
