Directions:

Recommended Dose: Begin with 1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) for the 1st week. Increase to up to 1-2 teaspoon in the 2nd week and as your body adjusts. Mix in water, fruit/vegetable juice, raw soups, salad dressings etc.
