Warnings:
Serious side effects may occur with overuse of castor oil. Consult your doctor if you are currently taking any medications or if constipation persists. Do not take for more than 7 days unless directed by a health professional. Ingredients:
Castor oil BP (Cold pressed from the seeds of Ricinus Communis).

How to use product:
- As a moisturiser, massage a few drops of oil into the skin.
- For oral consumption by adults and children over the age of 12 under the direction of a health professional the suggested dose is 15ml (1 tbsp) of castor oil with 250ml of water or juice taken orally on an empty stomach once a day. It may take up to 12 hours to take effect.
