Pure matcha - ground green tea leaves from Japan.

Directions:

All you need is 1g (approx. 1/2 teaspoon) of matcha and approx. 30ml water/juice/milk. Put the matcha in a glass, cover with the liquid, whisk or stir rapidly. A shot a day is better than an apple at keeping the doc at bay.
